In 2025, Girl Impact continued to support Black girls from low-income communities through free, culturally responsive programming focused on confidence, leadership, and career exploration.
Over the year, we delivered programming across three cohorts, engaging participants through mentorship, skill-building workshops, and hands-on learning experiences. Each cohort was designed to meet girls where they were, creating consistent spaces for growth, peer connection, and exposure to new opportunities.
Across all three cohorts, Girl Impact prioritized community, representation, and practical skill development, ensuring participants had access to supportive mentors, relevant resources, and programming that reflected their lived experiences.
