One of our pillars is Impact, and we believe it goes beyond the walls of our community. Creating spaces in communities where young black women and girls can access resources, for academic support including post-secondary guidance, career prep–as most of our participants are starting first jobs, and personal development. Our collaborative efforts with each unique expertise, will ensure a step closer to the accomplishment of our shared goal and vision for the future of young black women and girls.
