Girl Impact began from a simple but powerful realization: girls need safe spaces to share their stories, build confidence, and understand their worth. As a teenager, I witnessed how many girls carried their experiences in silence, unsure where to turn or who would listen without judgment. That sparked a conviction in me to create a space where girls could come together, support one another, and grow.

What started as small lunchtime conversations has grown into an organization dedicated to empowering girls and young women through personal and professional development. While our programs have expanded, the heart of Girl Impact remains the same: a community built on safe spaces, and the belief that every girl deserves to know her value.

I am grateful for the opportunity to steward this work and for every girl who chooses to be part of this journey. Girl Impact continues to grow because of the stories shared, the courage shown, and the collective commitment to build impact one girl at a time.
